This program is designed for people who want to learn how to strength train properly — without guesswork, intimidation, or random workouts.

What This Program Focuses On

Strength Training — The Foundation

Strength training builds lean muscle, protects joints and bone density, improves metabolism, and builds real confidence.

You’ll learn proper technique using barbells and foundational movements — coached every session.

Progressive, Structured Training

This is not random programming.

Each week builds on the last so your body can adapt properly:

  • Repetition with intent

  • Progressive loading

  • Clear structure and purpose

This is how real progress is made.

What You Get Included

45-Minute 1-on-1 Personal Training Session

You’ll start with a private 45-minute personal training session with one of our coaches to:

  • Learn key lifts safely

  • Understand correct technique

  • Build confidence before entering group sessions

This sets the foundation for the entire 6 weeks.

Full LFG Membership for 6 Weeks

You’ll receive full access to all LFG Training sessions, including:

  • BUILD (Strength)

  • ENGINE (Conditioning)

  • HYBRID

  • HYROX

Train as often as you like within our coached sessions — no session limits.

Body Scan at NXTGEN Nutrition (Erina)

You’ll receive a professional body composition scan through NXTGEN Nutrition, giving you:

  • Clear baseline data

  • Objective progress tracking

You’ll also receive 10% off supplements in-store while completing the program.

Personalised Meal Plan

You’ll receive a custom meal plan designed to support:

  • Fat loss

  • Strength and performance

  • Your lifestyle and preferences

This removes guesswork around nutrition and supports results across the 6 weeks.

What Happens After the 6 Weeks

At the completion of the 6-week program, you’ll have the option to continue training with us on our Foundation Membership:

$50 per week, billed fortnightly

If you do not wish to continue, simply let us know before the program ends.
