You’ll learn proper technique using barbells and foundational movements — coached every session.

You’ll start with a private 45-minute personal training session with one of our coaches to:
Learn key lifts safely
Understand correct technique
Build confidence before entering group sessions
This sets the foundation for the entire 6 weeks.

You’ll receive full access to all LFG Training sessions, including:

Train as often as you like within our coached sessions — no session limits.

You’ll receive a professional body composition scan through NXTGEN Nutrition, giving you:

What Happens After the 6 Weeks
At the completion of the 6-week program, you’ll have the option to continue training with us on our Foundation Membership:
$50 per week, billed fortnightly
If you do not wish to continue, simply let us know before the program ends.
