LFG Training is led by James Hall — world record holder on the SkiErg and RowErg, former professional rugby player, and elite strength & conditioning coach. With a 220kg bench, 300kg squat and 320kg deadlift, plus Sub 6 minutes on both the 2000m Row and SkiErg James knows how to get fit and strong. With DEKA Strong and Hyrox race experience, he knows how to get fit. These programs are built from years of high-level training and competition — not theory. Just proven systems that deliver. OUR classes

→ Get Strong

Focus on attending the Build classes. Alongside strength gains, you can pack on muscle by following a quality diet plan that prioritises protein. The 15-minute blasts at the end of each session will keep you fit. Complement these classes with some low-intensity steady-state work, such as biking and walking, in your own time.

→ Get Fit

Focus on attending the Engine classes. The 15-minute weight top-ups at the end of each session will help maintain your muscle. Ensure you are well-fuelled for the workouts with a focus on hydration.

→ Both

Tailor the week to suit your goals. Mix and match the Build and Engine classes to formulate the perfect training week. Round it off nicely by going hard in our Hybrid classes. #LFG
