Focus on Build classes to develop real, functional strength. You’ll progressively load big compound lifts, add lean muscle, and build resilience. Combine Build with a protein-focused nutrition plan and add low-intensity sessions like walking or cycling for the best results.
ENGINE — Get Fit
Engine classes are all about developing elite conditioning. You’ll improve endurance, power, and efficiency across the ergs (Row, Ski, Bike). Fuel properly and stay hydrated to perform at your best.

LFG Training is led by James Hall — world record holder on the SkiErg and RowErg, former professional rugby player, and elite strength & conditioning coach. With a 220 kg bench, 300 kg squat, 320 kg deadlift, and sub-6-minute 2k on both Row and Ski, James knows how to get strong and fit. Backed by DEKA Strong and Hyrox race experience, LFG delivers proven systems — not theory.
