LFG Junior Strength – Kids Who Lift, Thrive

LFG Junior Strength is a safe, coached strength and conditioning program for kids aged 9–13. Designed by James Hall and the LFG Training team, the focus is on teaching proper technique, building coordination, and helping young athletes develop confidence that carries into sport and life.

Every session is supervised by experienced strength coaches who prioritise movement quality before load. Kids learn the fundamentals — squats, hinges, pushes, pulls, and core control — through fun, structured sessions that finish with short conditioning drills. The goal isn’t heavy lifting, it’s mastering the basics and moving well.

Classes are small, capped at an 10:1 ratio, and run in a controlled, safe environment. Parents can stay and watch or drop and collect.

Young athletes build strength, coordination, and resilience — setting them up for long-term physical and mental confidence.

Programs run Tuesdays and Thursdays continually - with a 10 session pass - with 15 weeks to use the sessions
