Onboarding Session


Before your first class you'll get a proper introduction to the programming, the facility and what's expected. You won't be thrown in blind.

The Programs


Four programs.
One membership.

  • Progressive loading to 1RM benchmarks. Big compound lifts — squat, bench, deadlift. Wave loading across a 12-week block.

  • Erg-based conditioning. Row, Ski, Bike. Targeting a 2k time trial benchmark at Week 13. Every session builds the base.



  • Build and Engine running together. Strong, fit, and capable — not one at the expense of the other.


  • Hyrox affiliate programming. Race-specific preparation. Strength and conditioning built for competition.


Your Head Coach

James Hall

Former professional rugby player. World record holder on both the SkiErg and RowErg. James has spent his career understanding exactly what it takes to build strength and conditioning at a high level — and built LFG to deliver that to people who are done drifting.

220kg bench. 300kg squat. 320kg deadlift. Sub-6-minute 2k on Row and Ski. Backed by DEKA Strong and Hyrox race experience.
