You're Still Part Of
The Engine.
Even away from the floor
Travelling, deloading, prepping for an event - whatever's pulling you off the floor, LFG doesn't switch off. Before you lock in a pause, read exactly what you keep, what you don't, and whether a pause is even the right call.
Is A Pause Really What You Need?
Your LFG membership goes far beyond the four walls of the gym. It's an hour with us on the floor, sure - but your membership keeps the support running around it: the community, the coaches, the app, all available to you all the time, even on the days you can't make it in. Keeping your membership on helps us keep that lifeline going for you, even when you're not here.
Hyrox, Turf Games, half marathons, whatever event / goal - the community is behind you, whether that's a message of good luck or people showing up in person to watch. Staying active and keeping your membership current is what drives that community.
The coaches aren't only there in person for the hour. James and the team are there for you outside the gym, not just on the floor.
Keeping your membership on keeps your app access active too - so you can train while you're away and stay up to date with the current programming.
That's the support your membership keeps going for you. Is a pause really what you need right now?
Injury Isn't Always A Reason To Stop
Pauses exist for real reasons - genuine travel, a deload block, competition prep. They're not for a rough week or a lost bit of motivation. If it's an injury, talk to us first:
Upper-only or lower-only sessions keep you moving and maintains your routine while the rest heals.
Ask James about out-of-hours access for low-impact work like Zone 2 on the ergs while you recover.
Most injuries can be worked around with a modified plan. A pause should be the rare exception, not the default.
